The setting was lovely, very relaxing atmosphere. Swimming pool lovely all the same depth very safe. Jacuzzi lovely warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect. We stayed with 9 months old baby and staff prepared food for the baby by following our indications. We felt very well attended.

It was nearby to the city ( with taxi 4m and it was really very cheap,it cost just a few euros) The workers are there was very kind. They have 3 pool’s ( one for a kid but you can also use it) and 2 jacuzzi’s. The cocktail’s was cheap and very good. For dinner and for breakfast you can choose what you want to drink. They have a lot of different stuffs. You can also ask appointment for massage. :) The hotel is very big so even if is full house they will have a comfortable place for everyone. It is perfect for family’s too. Everyday is live music what is really amazing. nearby the pool you can see a lot of parrot’s on the tree’s. The elevator is so cool. Is a glass elevator and you can see the beautiful view. They have a little shop where you can buy bags,cigarett’s,souvenir’s etc,for really cheap price.

beautiful pool area, public areas clean and welcoming, rooms very comfortable, well maintained and decorated, very clean. bar prices very good for a hotel. food isn’t the best. hotel is out of the town but provide a free bus service

Amazing pool area, jacuzzi & happy hour 5-6pm daily. Staff were super friendly & attentive. You can rent pool towels & change them daily. Bar prices decent. Great size rooms & balcony area. Overall great value for money.

Smiling professional crew, nice calm atmosphere, live high quality music in the bar area. Astonishing relaxation park with pools and a garden with flora collected with high care and professionalism, you can't get enough of the site. Rooms are clean and friendly, beds really comfortable. Not too much traffic going on nearby so you get a good sleep every night. Tennis, mini golf and gym room are given, and are in full use all day practically. Hotel surroundings more than calm, a little devastated indeed, but altogether nice and quiet. This hotel is the best choice for relaxation. May, 2023.

Pools are very nice with palm trees and exotic plants around. You can swim with view of Teide. You can go up to the roof of the hotel, great view all around. Free parking on the street, around the hotel. Room is big, clean, spacious. We had a room with ocean view. Great view and silent. Food is okay. Great shows, live music in the bar every night. Absolutely satisfied with the hotel, would definately come back.

The hotel has an excellent structure: pool, kids area etc. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is perfect, a lot of options!
